The Akhal-Teke Association of America has initiated a joint emergency aid campaign, with the Akhal-Teke Foundation, to raise funds for Akhal-Tekes in Ukraine.
The Akhal-Teke Association has pledged to match all donations made to the campaign up to $5,000. And all donations will be tax deductible through the Akhal-Teke Foundation’s 501(c)3 status.
Currently, there are about 40 Akhal-Tekes residing in Ukraine endangered by the conflict. Donations made through this campaign will provide emergency disaster relief by aiding in the upkeep and evacuation of Ukrainian Akhal-Tekes, while providing necessary support to ensure the welfare of these horses.
The aim of this cooperative campaign is to provide vital assistance to our international Akhal-Teke community most impacted right now while safeguarding an essential Akhal-Teke population.
