Transfer of Ownership Process

1. Complete Transfer of Ownership Form
2. Submit a copy of the bill of sale or proof of ownership
3. Enclose original certificates of registration, (VNIIK & ATAA)
4. Enclose a current photo of the horse that shows all four legs, on the back of the photo please write the horse’s name and registration numbers.
5. Payment in the form of a check or money order, see chart for appropriate fee. Important Note: You are encouraged to join the ATAA at the same time, which will reduce your registration fees.
