*IMPORTANT NOTE: Horses that are dual (VNIIK & ATAA) registered MUST include the fee for dual registration transfer of ownership. If your horse is an Akhal-Teke purebred and is only ATAA registered, please check with the ATAA Registrar about getting your horse VNIIK registered as well.
