<\/span> 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We need an agenda \u2013 there have been a few things suggested to discuss over the year, but start putting them all in one place.\u00a0 I can do up an agenda, but need input.\u00a0 Look at last year\u2019s for ideas.

<\/span> 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We will need a BOD meeting before the General Meeting \u2013 I will attach last year\u2019s minutes for that also

<\/span> 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All positions need to be ready to give a report \u2013 i.e. secretary\u2019s report, treasurer\u2019s reports, awards committee, etc.\u00a0
Start thinking about that.

<\/span> 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Board nominations will be going out in the mail next week, along with the one bylaw change (again!) about the audit.\u00a0 Any other nominations or possible bylaw changes, speak now.

<\/span> 5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Look over last year\u2019s minutes and see if we\u2019ve met our goals (I will attach them).\u00a0 I think we\u2019ve done pretty well, but we can always improve.

<\/span> 6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lyn and Amrita are working on the Silent Auction now, so if you have donations, let them know.
<\/span>
<\/span> What else am I missing?\u00a0 Terri has a great handle on the Conference, Catrina and Betsy are going great on the awards, Betsy is working on the Yearbook, the online Silent Auction is on, the HorseFlicks filming will be great.\u00a0

<\/span> 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Still working on getting the Still Photo money for HorseFlicks from participants.\u00a0 About half have paid so far.

<\/span> 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 KHP filming is being set up \u2013 we should have 11 horses participating there, doing various activities
