Hi everyone, here are the latest updates:

<\/span> 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The HorseFlicks contract is signed and on its way to Jon along with the deposit check.\u00a0

<\/span> 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Catrina Quantrell is donating pulled pork and buns for the Saturday night \u2018after filming\u2019 party.\u00a0 So, please plan to bring side dishes, desserts and drinks.\u00a0 I will have water for during the day available.

<\/span> 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We don\u2019t know exactly what the schedule will be for Saturday.\u00a0 Some will depend on what Jon wants, some can depend on if people need to arrive later on.\u00a0 Let me know if you have needs we can work around.

<\/span> 4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Make sure I know how many stalls you need before the actual date.\u00a0 Most of you already have, but if you haven\u2019t, please let me know.\u00a0 Also, if you need an RV set up, let me know.

<\/span> 5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bring all the tack, show clothes etc that you have.\u00a0 Everyone will get to do double duty.\u00a0

<\/span> 6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bring your friends along too \u2013 not only will we need extra helpers (no doubt), but it will be lots of fun.

<\/span> If you know of anyone else that might be interested, please pass the word!\u00a0 I have included some people that have said they can\u2019t come, but I\u2019m still hoping that might change.
